Personal:

I have a passion for helping women develop a practice of self-care that includes bodywork, good sleep and other modalities (Ask me about Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls). I especially love helping new moms have healthier, happier pregnancies and providing tangible support through this momentous life change.  I live in the Westville area of New Haven, Connecticut with my husband and two children. Personal interests include contra dancing and quilting, and meeting neighbors while jogging in the neighborhood.
